My research interests include understanding the link between genotype and phenotype, finding innovative ways to manage and visualize large-scale results. Complete publications are at Google Scholar.
Gene function inference via integrating large-volume microarray data with sequence data. Mostly the projects were computing-intensive, algorithm-based with some machine learning methods.
